Why are you changing your lifestyle?
After living with obesity for many years I have decided that it is time to get my life together. I have always been overweight, but never by as much as I am now.
I am a husband and a father, and I need to be the best I can be for my family, and secondly I need to be the best I can be for myself.
You say you have RSD. What is RSD?
RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) is a permanent, and progressive for of nerve damage that affects the Sympathetic nervous system. It is the most painful form of chronic pain. I was diagnosed with RSD on December 14th. The RSD started after I had back surgery to repair two discs in my back.
Why are you blogging about your weight loss?
There are two reasons really. The first reason is so that I can keep myself accountable. While I also use other websites to help me achieve my goals, they do not let me express myself as I need to. Writing about challenges in your life is one way to tackle them head on.
The second reason is so that I can show many others out there that with dedication and commitment anything is possible. I cannot wait to share my weight loss story with millions of others who previously thought it would be impossible for them to do the same.
Please feel free to ask me questions about anything. If there is something you would like to know about me, please just ask away. I will add more to this FAQ section as we go along, but do not be afraid to ask away.
