It has been a while since I last posted on here. Wowzers. Where does the time go? Things have been a little crazy around here, and I had to put the blog on the back burner, but I am back and will be making posts again now. I cannot believe that I am 8 days away from my 1 year lifestyle change anniversary, so much has changed during the past year……..
To start off with I just finished P90X. That program is awesome! I love it, and I will definitely be doing a second round. I have seen some truly incredible results with this program, but I will let the pics do the talking
As you can see, I have slimmed down, and have toned up quite a bit. I am very happy with the results. I dropped from 245lbs down to 222.2lbs during the last 90 days, and have dropped 4% body fat. To date I have now lost 111.4lbs and my BMI has dropped from 44.1 to 29.4.
I have not been running for a little while because I had a flare up of Plantar Fasciitis, which is incredibly painful, but that seems to have cleared up now, so the half marathon training will resume shortly. This is all for now, but I will be posting again tomorrow with a what do a weigh Wednesday update.
