  1. Great job on sticking to p90x. I love Turbo Jam. I’m talking to my friend about becoming a coach. I’m thinking I want to become a personal trainer but in the meantime I can be helping others with Beach Body. I just have to ask my friend questions on how it works. now with the video….you should raise your camera or laptop up to it’s not looking up your nose. face forward is better than at the ceiling. does that make sense? for some reason the camera moved a couple of times and made a weird high pitch sound. I don’t know what that was about. overall great job. you have an accent. where were you born? its cute. :-) . I probably have a Chicagoian accent.

    • Thanks for the feedback :) I recorded it on my phone, so the noises were due to me receiving emails etc “:). I am originally from Brighton, England but have been living in Oklahoma for the past 10 years. I can help you become a team beachbody coach if you would like. Just let me know if you would like more information. Hope all is well with you.

      All the best,
      Brett

      • England is neat. thanks for the offer. I’m allowing my friend to have the opportunity to fill me on about coaching. if that falls through I’ll let ya know. thanks again.

  2. Great first video blog! You come off as a very nice, easygoing guy – not at all shy! And so happy to hear you broke through the 100 pound mark and how much you’ve lost with the P90X. Makes me want to try it to get through my 3 month plateau. Keep up the video blogs. Really enjoyed it!

  3. Looking good Brett! Great job on the weight loss and the loss of shyness! We are all very proud of you And I happy to hear about cairns! I’ve never been a fan of a no carb diet!

  4. Good work on your video blog & more importantly, your weight loss success. Re plateaus: what has worked for me is shaking things up. By that I mean, if you normally exercise at night, try exercising in the morning or during lunchtime. If you normally eat your largest meal at night, try eating it during the day. These 2 tips will shake up your metabolism and activate it. Keep up the good work and continued success!

  5. Good work man, keep it up. Two points in the video that inspired me. One, when you are listing the numbers form the previous day. I love to see another person on their journey understanding the importance of counting the calories, carbs, etc. Second, when you said that your blood pressure is normal. I want to prevent heart disease and hearing you say that was very powerful for me. Thanks!
