Today has been a truly wonderful day (apart from me being unable to gain access to my site for most of the day). 303 days after I started my weight loss journey and I have hit a MAJOR milestone. 100.4lbs lost! Woot. I have shed a lot of sweat and tears during this time, but this morning made everything worthwhile! Read on to find out how things have been going
I cannot explain how seeing the number 233.2lbs on the scales makes me feel. It is almost unreal. There was a time not too long ago when I believed that I would never be able to live a normal life because of my back injuries, and my RSD, but taking that first step back on October 24th 2011 has paid off. I am now fitter, healthier and happier than I have ever been. I can do things I never even dreamed I would be able to do. With the help of all my friends, and family I have bee able to achieve some of my dreams.
Things are going great with P90X 9I need to do an update on that). I have just finished day 3 of phase 2, and man the intensity level has been taken up a notch. I am also doing another beach body program as well,Turbo Jam. Now that my kids have gone back to school I am doing P90X in the morning and then I am doing Turbo Jam in the evening with my wife. Turbo Jam is awesome. It is a cardio kickboxing workout, and it is tons of fun. I highly recommend it. So far this week I have lost 3.5lbs, so combining the two programs is really paying off. P90X will help build muscle and Turbo Jam will help burn a ton of calories.
So what is next for me? I am going to keep on trucking. My next goal is to reach an overall weight of 200lbs, and then I want to drop to 185lbs. I will be doing everything I possibly can to make sure I can hit those goals. I know it is possible, and I will not give up.
Thanks so much for all of your continued support. If any of you are interested in any of the awesome beachbody programs such as P90X, Turbo Jam, Insanity etc, please just let me know! I would love to be your coach and will do everything I can to help you reach your goals and live your dreams too.
All the best,
