I cannot believe I am on day 9 out of 90 already! The time seems have flown by so far, I guess I am having too much fun with this program. Today I completed the Shoulder and Arms routine (which is one of my favorites) and there were some definite improvements over my first round. Click on through to see how it went.
I know that Tony Horton keeps on saying that it is vital that you keep track of your reps for each exercise, and I have to say I am in complete agreement. You have to write down your reps so that you can track your progress as you go through this program. As you can see from the spreadsheet above, I have made some improvements in regards to the amount of reps I was able to perform for almost every move. During my first round of this routine I completed a total of 324 reps during the 58 minute routine, today I completed a total of 404 reps. I am still using the same 15lb weights that I was during the first round just so that I can continue to be safe and not injure my back again, but the improvement is there for all to see.
Not only I am I seeing improvement in my numbers, I am also seeing improvement in how I look and feel. Even though it has only been 9 days, I am seeing a definite improvement in my arm definition, and so have several others. I am also feeling better in myself, and I have noticed a definite increase in the amount of energy I have too. If I am seeing these improvements after just 9 days, what will the improvements be like after 90? I know I cannot wait to find out. Thanks for all the continued support guy! You are the best.
All the best,
Brett

Good Job, Babe! So proud of your determination!!!
Great post, Brett! I can hear the optimism in your words, and I believe exercising does that to people. I can’t wait to find out how much you’ve improved with the program by the end. I’ll be following along your 90-day journey!
I am so so so so so so so EXCITED you are doing P90X!!! Yayaya!
I love P90X!! I am so glad you are seeing the same type changes I did. i agree that the worksheets really are necessary… especially when you can see how many you did last time and just want to get one more. Keep up the good work!
